Delhivery - Senior Manager - Public Relations & Corporate Communication

Delhivery is looking for a young dynamic hustler to lead our corporate communications and integrated marketing vertical. This person will be an integral member of a larger marketing team which is focused on brand building, business demand generation as well as supply generation for different legs of operations.

This role reports to the VP - Marketing, team roles into the Chief Business Officer at Delhivery. This is an opportunity to own, deliver, work with VP, SVP level stakeholders and make a mark to the Delhivery brand.

What you will be doing?

- Support in implementing the company's PR and corporate communication strategy

- Create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions

- Oversee and produce, from concept to completion, a broad array of digital and/or print promotional and communication materials for the organization

- Create and curate engaging content for media releases, social media platforms, newsletters, byline articles and keynote presentations

- Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing initiatives and suggesting creative ways to improve the company's public image

- Develop a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media

- Schedule, coordinate and attend various events such as photo shoots, video shoots, etc.

- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends; performing research and market analysis activities

Who are we looking for?

- Education Skills : Degree in public relations, communication, or journalism

- Functional Skills : Passion for content - written and visual, social media engagement and customer centric approach is a must have

- Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience in public relations and corporate communication, marketing, publications, or a related field

- Behavioral Skills : Creative, idea generator, attentive to details and responsible working style; Good communication, skilled in the areas of problem-solving, task prioritization and follow-up. Ability to work well in an ambiguous and fast paced environment. Passion for the PR industry and its best practices. Depending on skills, aptitude and attitude, there is always more to do and grow
