- Drive all expansion related activities for the Delhivery Partner Program - Responsibilities include sourcing, evaluating, qualifying, contract negotiations, training and onboarding of potential partners for the Delhivery Partner Program - Identify and iterate for optimum channel and churn management - Strong understanding of the partner, including partner economics, solution development and strategic priorities to drive new business opportunities - Ensure stability and flexibility of the network and limit points of failure for better risk management - Drive all supply chain operations for the Delhivery Partner Program - Responsibilities include service excellence, liaising with internal operational teams, handling systemic and structural issues, audit and COD compliance, risk management and payments - Manages the performance of partners ensuring ongoing compliance with all aspects of the service level agreement and contract - Includes communicating and implementing new standards and performance expectations relating to training, service or procedural changes as needed - Monitors and improve partner performance to ensure all performance issues are promptly identified effectively resolved - Negotiates competitive rates and service expectations with local service providers. Manages their ongoing performing to ensure optimum service levels are consistently achieved - Provides management with accurate & timely reporting and analysis of operational performance. Participates in benchmarking or process improvement initiatives. - Ensure regular shipment audits are done at all facilities, cash is deposited on time, right statuses are updated in the system and initiate disciplinary actions against defaulters across the region
