KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - You will be heading the whole Billing unit for FTL Business. - Maintain up-to-date billing system. - Generate and send invoices to customers. - Enter new customer contracts in ERP based on opportunities created in Salesforce by sales team member. - Verify all receiving documentation and maintain accuracy at all times (i.e. excel spreadsheets, whiteboards etc.) - Demonstrates ability of freight billing with no errors - Run revenue recognition in System and Reconcile Lender billing at month end based. - Support the billing for new products/services launched during the year. - Handle inquiries from internal/external customers with high-level of professionalism in a timely manner. - Create adhoc credit memos - Partner with internal collection team to minimize aged accounts receivable balances. - Perform other AR related reconciliations as required - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure any freight issues are resolved accurately within set procedures and timelines QUALIFICATION: Education: B.COM/MBA - Functional Skills Expert in usage of Microsoft Office packages preferably MS Excel Experience - 7-10 years - Should have 5+ years B2B Billing experience, of which minimum 2 years should be FTL/ LTL - Should have managed a collection portfolio of 100+ Crores - Should have past team management experience within Billing domain. - Able to manage monthly tasks within give timelines Behavioral Skills: - Proactive and good communication and analytical skills - Active learner, resourceful, productive - Hard worker while creative. - Good leader &amp; a motivator - Able to work independently as well as in a team. - Attention to detail as billing accuracy is critical Other Dimensions - Other Business Dimensions- Customer satisfaction - Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance Revenue Collection - Excellent problem solving and judgment abilities
