What You Will Do - Handle regular investor queries and data requests - Help prepare materials for meetings, presentations, information memorandums, regular investor communication, company's annual report - Update and maintain Investor and analyst database; manage relationships with professional advisors including bankers and lawyers - Regularly research, analyze and present key industry trends, financial performance and business updates of peers/ competition, regulations and other macroeconomic developments - Regularly update data/fact sheet and FAQs relating to the company and all businesses - Build and expand database of potential targets for acquisition/ investment/ partnerships - Build relationships with companies/ startup ecosystems/ VCs/ bankers/ startup accelerators as well as with internal stakeholders - Evaluate and value potential targets, prepare business case for acquisition/ partnership - Support equity raise and M&A due-diligence and transaction execution - Analyze and prepare business case for new business/ initiatives Functional Skills - Strong numerical skills and understanding of basics of financial reporting - P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements - Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including experience building/ understanding financial models and valuing companies Behavioral Skills - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, ability to work independently and in a team - Excellent verbal and written communication, graphic/ presentation skills Experience - 4 to 6 years of experience of working in Corporate Development, Strategy, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Investor Relations Education CA / B.Tech, MBA from top premier colleges
