1) Articulate and communicate employer value proposition to target talent pools
2) Leverage internal & external platforms, track & devise strategy on their utilisation, translate the key initiatives into everyday practice ensuring brand and messaging consistency. Create innovative programs, events and campaigns to help attract & hire the best talent
3) Create Campus program including career track, hiring strategy, campus events for B-Schools/ Top Engineering Institutes as well as relationship management with business, HR Leadership, placement officers in campus
4) Collaborate with other talent acquisition teams ( Field, Tech, Corp ) to partner on specific recruitment campaigns
5) Own candidate experience & drive it across hiring teams, managers, leadership teams. Review effectiveness and brand adherence of candidate touch points like candidate communication from tool; Job Advert hiring event experience; candidate query resolutions etc
6) Periodically collaborate for ongoing HR Projects / TA assignments
Experience :
- 7-8 yrs of exp incl. 3-4 yrs in Talent Acquisition & min 2 yrs specifically in Talent Brand, Campus Engagement
Skills :
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge about overall HR processes, TA Platforms
