- Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions. - Responsible for identifying specific interventions to improve overall effectiveness and work closely with the CoEs for execution. - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development. - Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements. - Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management / improvement and talent development. - Work with team managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues fairly representing all interests. Employee Engagement: - Develop and implement multiple employee engagement initiatives & campaigns to inspire and engage employees. - Lead employee pulse surveys every quarter to understand employee engagement levels and build mechanisms into employee engagement activities and internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue. - Gather, analyze and present key employee engagement metrics to help support the delivery of key initiatives and prepare reports for key stakeholders in a timely fashion. - Design and lead on the development and delivery of engagement and communications calendar ensuring all initiatives are delivered and communicated about in timely and efficient ways. Internal Communication: Curate high quality creative communication content to help deliver employee communications across the Organization. Deliver communications on a broad spectrum of employee engagement initiatives, priorities and focus on the delivery methods for maximum employee engagement Talent Management & OD & Performance Management: - Manage the end-to-end process of performance management, Support the delivery of cyclical HR processes, eg. quarterly talent reviews, promotions, annual compensation planning - Provide comprehensive HR metrics on a regular cadence to drive business discussions - Conduct regular employee surveys, exit surveys etc.; Interpret data and makes recommendation; ask critical questions needed to evaluate data; gather, analyze, and present data to business leaders and recommends solutions that support the culture of talent retention and the defined HR strategy - Take initiatives and plan HR interventions to strategize retention, control attrition, effective manpower utilization through rewards & recognition, succession planning and benchmarking. - Establish best implementable HR practices based on facts and figures for employee success. Role Specifications: 8+ years of experience as business partner for function, sales and service is preferred, experience in Talent management, Performance Management and Organisation development and employee life cycle.
