What You Will Do
- Partner with Site / Area / Zonal leadership to build people management strategies
- Identify and provide insights on people trends, barriers, risks and opportunities that may impact the business
- Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring (TAT, Sources, Cost & Quality of Hire, Diversity)
- Identify and Analyze hiring gaps and design guidelines to get desired quality and cost, monitor and execute metric-based change requirements
- Formulate and lead site-specific talent retention plans
- Ensure standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized
- Track key performance metrices to enable required support to the business
- Identify capability issues and partner with Delhivery Academy to get these addressed
- Manage employee grievance, misconduct and other labour issues (including strikes, lockouts etc) in line with the applicable statutes
Functional Skills
- Exposure to recruit and manage frontline staff in a multi- location set-up. Should currently be in a regional role
Behavioral Skills
- Excellent interpersonal, communication & analytical skills, Able to work independently & in team
Education & Work Experience
- 7+ years of relevant work experience in HR
- MBA / PGDM or equivalent (Regular program only)
