We have this opportunity in our Business Intelligence team. Looking for people who have worked on BI tools and data analytics.
The Roles & responsibilities includes:
1. Analyse business metrics to create insights, leading to actions
a. Lead and opportunity analysis across regions (measuring conversions, active hunt, avg conversion time) leading to actionables
b. New onboardings analysis - tracking new client revenue, quality checks on business type & client size getting onboarded across regions
c. Identify white spots/opportunities to improve x-sell/ upselling and track the same
d. Measuring churn & client inactiveness for regional teamsand highlight required actionable
e. Delhivery daily volume tracking, identify anomalies and suggest actions oriented recommendation while coordinating with the regional teams
f. Measure leading operational indicators and identify correlation with revenue impact
g. Collaborate with regional teams to take inputs on the recommendation actions and track improvements
2. Lead express pricing and make account based pricing strategies
a. Build deep understanding on Delhivery cost structures and unit economics
b. Analysis for pricing optimization/ new strategies to maximize top-line while keeping a healthy bottom line
c. Pricing sensitivity analysis/ simulations for future scenarios
d. Collaborate with regional teams in build a win-win proposition for Delhivery and its clients
