Job Title - Senior Manager - Talent & OE Reporting : Director HR Key Responsibilities This person will manage internal communications. We also need someone who is willing to get into the details and execution of things while having the ability to create a strategy for Engagement at the overall organization level. - Analyse and understand the talent needs of the Business - Support & enable Talent development to ensure the company has the talent requirements met - To run Talent Council for promotion, movement and development - To support Talent processes rollout across business and contribute towards building talent pipeline - Monitor and support the creation of Individual Development Plans for all Talent Pool members ensuring both timeliness and quality - Build tracking and monitoring systems to track the effectiveness of talent programs through use of appropriate data and dashboards - Structure & monitor job grades and job design for all existing and new roles for optimum org design - Conceptualize and design OE interventions to support delivery of Business strategy - Responsible for executing and delivering projects as and when assigned. Experience required - 6-8 yrs of total exp with min 3-5 yrs of relevant exp - Post grad from primer institute. - Team worker, strong initiative, strong problem solving skills Mandate: - Excellent communication skills i.e. fluency in English speaking - Should have managed scale i.e. designed process for atleast 2 - 3 k people - Ability to critically analyze the work done - what went well and what would he/she do differently the next time they have to do the same thing One who can join ASAP, please apply.
