Delhivery - Senior Associate/Manager - Analytics

This person will be an integral part of the Enterprise Solutions- Analytics team and will lead analysis & generation of actionable insights to solve business problems.

Need candidates carrying experience in logistics industry or projects in logistics industry

Following are the responsibilities of the desired candidate :

1. Drive the analytics project of supply chain solutions/Network design- Modelling of historical transaction data to arrive at the optimal warehouse footprint & mode of transportation in order to reduce cost and time to the customer.

2. Experience/Knowledge of supply chain network, concepts, execution and its key aspects. Able to create supply chain analytical models on optimization, network design, forecasting - time series models, and Regression.

3. Expertise on machine learning models would be an added advantage

4. Hands on experience on R, Python, Excel, VBA, Tableau/Power BI/any other dashboarding tool.

5. Conceptualization & creation of the dashboards, applying business logics for connecting multiple databases and building a single window view to the entire supply chain automated reports required for clients and internal stakeholders.

6. Work with tech/product team and key stakeholders for analyzing the new improvements and assess the impact of new implementation.

7. Should be able to explore data, conduct analysis and provide the actionable recommendations to the ops processes or to the client

Stakeholder management:

- Develops measurement strategies and reporting of key business metrics for internal teams and clients

- Collaborate with leaders and managers to present the solutions, determine and address data and reporting needs for various company projects.

- Designs, generates and manages reporting frameworks that provide insight around different business aspects
