Key Responsibilities: -
- Create Strategic Value-added analyses around growth opportunities, core business metrics to drive better decisioning and results
- Develop strategies through designing, developing, and implementing data and analytical models that will continuously optimize business profitability.
- Define and lead strategic performance projects, manage stakeholders to drive outcomes
- Work with function heads to carry out implementation and monitoring strategic plans to support various business initiatives.
Competencies/profiling:
- 2-5 years of experience in highly analytical environment
- Analytical skills: Ability to translate structured and unstructured problems into analytical framework
- Pro-actively contribute towards problem identification and resolution for overall process improvement and optimization.
- Collaborative skills: Ability to collaborate with function heads and independently influence outcomes.
- Result orientation: Deliver on daily numbers, short/long term milestones set by business
- Seamlessly navigate relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment
- Ability to multitask and work on diverse range of requirements
- Experience in senior stakeholder management, should have strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business and commercial acumen
- Should be comfortable with the idea - pilot-measure-scale loop
