Delhivery - Program Manager - SME Business Growth - IIM/IIT

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership at Delhivery for driving the SME business growth. We're looking for an individual contributor within the Sales Ops function who can quickly own projects, analyze, execute and influence within the org.

This will include:

- Suggesting improvements to existing SME business strategies to drive growth metrics

- Identify market potential of various segments in the SME business that Sales teams can pursue

- Track competition in terms of pricing and strategy and track market position internally

- Deploy & drive process efficiency in terms of client reach-out prioritization for sales, activity tracking, market intel & best practices.

- Coordinate cross functionally with technology, product & operations teams for integrations and product improvements/implementation in the Sales Function

- Work on tracking and driving business metrics linked to CAC, LTV, x-selling/ up-selling and overall SME business profitability.

Functional skills:

- 2-3+ years' work ex.; product/SaaS/CRM tool experience preferred

- Engineering undergraduate degree with a broad understanding of how software works is essential to this role as most initiatives involve change in product or CRM flows

- Having closely observed or been part of a high growth sales team is a plus

- Strong analytical skills - should be familiar with spreadsheets or SQL

- Strategic problem-solving and framework build up skills

- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and influence cross team stakeholders

- Experience in applying frameworks and tools for analyzing strategic problems and developing strategies.

- Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to establish credibility and strong relationships with senior stakeholders
