1) Job Title: Senior Manager - Brand, Marketing and Communications

2) Location: Gurgaon, HQ

3) Experience: 3-6 years of relevant experience

The candidate should have relevant degree into masters from Tier 1 institute.

4) Requirements:

- Exemplary communication skills (written and verbal)

- Proven track record designing and executing successful brand and marketing campaigns/events across online and offline channels

- Exceptional writing and editing skills, including blogs

- Proficient in managing events/campaigns

- BA/MA degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related discipline

- Driven and a Strong sense of end-to-end ownership

- Proactive and motivated team player with a strong work ethic

- Excellent team management and stakeholder management skills

- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and Google Docs

- Project Management, Data Analytics, Reporting skills are a must Experience in driving digital marketing strategies, ATL and BTL marketing initiatives is a plus

5) Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics working alongside the head of marketing

- Absorb, execute the brand guidelines across design and communications

- Curate content and oversee the content development of collaterals, website, brand campaigns and other marketing-related projects

- Create content for press releases, byline articles , keynote presentations and blogs as required

- Monitor, analyze and communicate Marketing Impact on a quarterly basis

- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.

- Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends and make appropriate recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them
