Overview: We are looking to hire an energetic, motivated, and team-oriented Visual Designer to join our Design & Communications team! The individual would work with the senior leadership to deliver elegant designs based on business requirements in line with Delhivery's design language. Skills and Qualifications: - Demonstrable Visual design skills with a strong portfolio - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic design/ visual communication, or similar. - 4-5 years of experience as a visual designer working on Brand Marketing collaterals for Digital and Print media. - Advanced proficiency in visual design software, especially Adobe Creative Suite's Photoshop, and Illustrator with working knowledge of Video editing softwares like Premiere Pro/Aftereffects, etc. - Good understanding of design fundamentals including composition, color theory, typography,and illustration - Basic knowledge of 3d modeling and rendering softwares would be advantageous. - Extensive experience in determining visual design preferences and meeting tight deadlines. - Exceptional ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback. - Excellent communication skills - Excellent project management skills, ability to deliver projects independently
