About Role: As a member of the Process Design, End-to-End Supply Chain Solutions team, we're seeking for someone to own process design and enable seamless process execution on the ground to provide exceptional supply chain services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Design and map fulfillment and transportation (FM, LM) processes such that desired productivity, SLA, CSAT and gross margins can be achieved - Facilitate workshops/meetings including solution brainstorming, business process design and process improvement sessions - Develop documentation including process flows, SOP, exceptions, best practices and KPIs - Provide requirements to product and integration teams to enable seamless process execution on the ground - Support Product/Tech and deliver solutions that are industry/client agnostic, yet cater various complexities - Identify the process automation and optimization initiatives to improve cost, efficiencies and service levels - Initiate, scope and drive cross-functional projects for process execution and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations - Manage and influence cross-functional stakeholders; build relationships and credibility across internal and external stakeholders including Operations, - Product, Tech, and Fulfillment Engineering
