Delhivery - Manager/Senior Manager - Collections

- 5-8 years of core experience in Collections, Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Business Finance, Billing and Dispute Resolution and Revenue Assurance

- Build collection strategies to collect from Corporate Clients and maintain business relations via his team and BD KAMs

- Should have at least 2 years of experience in creditworthiness evaluation, and regular monitoring for B2B and B2C Clients

- Strong follow-up and recovery mind-set, good communication and analytical skills, basic ledger reconciliation and dispute resolution is a must for the role

- Execute effective Billing and submissions mechanism, in line with SLAs or client contracts

- Manage collection processes, recovery from aged debts, and meet projected collection targets, follow up for payments/recoveries, visit clients, take legal action in case of payment default, etc.

- Effective cash application, mapping of collection to correct head of accounts and maintaining accurate Receivable Accounts

- Conduct reconciliations, ensure adjustments of On-Account Payments, Reconciliation of Collection with credit in Banks & Vice Versa

- Issue Performance Reports that contain Actual Collection, Variance with Projection and highlight Delinquent Clients

- Project cash inflows and facilitate Interbank transfers to have smooth running of banking operations and stable bank position

- Also, the applicant must have team handling and mid / senior level client interaction experience of minimum 2 years

- Basic understanding of legal recovery process would be desired plus

- Experience in payment application, CN / DN Adjustments, ledger recon is also must.
