Job Description

We are looking for a Manager / SM to look after entire collections .

Team Handling-YES; 5-8 members.

Location: Can be PAN India but needs to be open to travel to Goa whenever required.

What you need to do:

- Handling the Accounts Receivables for B2C/B2B clients.

- Arrange to dispatch invoices to all clients as per contractually agreed term.

- Clients would be agri related (farmers / traders etc.)

- Managing accounts receivable and liaising with the sales and client servicing teams to resolve outstanding queries.

- Chasing due/overdue payments via calls or emails for reducing overdue days.

- Daily and month-end reports and account reconciliations.

- Investigating and resolving queries related to non-payment of invoices.

- Adhere to strict monthly and annual collections targets.
