Delhivery - Manager - Real Estate/Projects

We have multiple positions vacant for Manager Projects/ Real Estate based at Gurgaon/ Mumbai/Bangalore/ Kolkata

KRAs:

- Initiate searching of the premises as per the business plan at Respective region.

- Supervises activities pertaining to vendor for the Upcoming Real Estate & projects issues branches/HUBS/offices/Delivery Centres.

- Coordinates with central team for upcoming Warehouses/Hubs/Transport Centres/Offices/Delivery Centres for lease registration and documentation. (First point Escalation- Zonal)

- Coordinate with Legal for the lease & Agreement issues or any extension/relocation/termination if required.

- Looking after overall job responsibilities for timely closure of Facilities/Infrastructure issues in Warehouses/Hubs/Transport Centres/Offices/Delivery Centres in Respective region

- Regional Escalation point for Real Estate & Projects in Warehouses/Hubs/Transport Centres/Offices/Delivery Centres.

- Providing specialized supports & trackers to central team with regular updates.

- Experience in having wing to wing ownership of the offices/branches/Warehouses/Delivery centres across Respective region

- Functional competency to handle multiple locations with respect to Real Estate & Project Management. Technical background will be added advantage. Should have an experience in leading & working with large team.

- Ready to travel to multiple locations in the respective location, involved at least 10-12 Days travel if required.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to assert strategic leadership, foresight and effective judgment.
