Responsibilities :

1. Setting up new processes, basic Clients problem statements and implementing them within a stipulated time frame.

2. Achieve desired TAT and SLA and earn customer trust.

3. Agile enough to learn and unlearn various processes.

4. Innovate solutions and mechanisms that solve customer problems.

5. Demonstrate year on year cost savings equivalent through continuous improvements in process, productivity, quality, costs structures

6. Execution of mid to large sized projects including setting up fulfillment centers across different cities in India including managing the infrastructure setup, hiring teams, training on processes and ensuring streamlined start of operations

7. Use excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to deal positively with senior management, sales staff, employees, vendors and customers

8. Follow company policies and procedures

Skills required :

1. High level of analytical ability to identify and solve problems and then to optimize solutions to be able to drive efficiency.

2. Ability to continuously learn and develop based on new systems and processes.

3. Demonstrated success designing operational processes, layouts, engineering plans and project execution schedules and then getting them executed / implemented with consistency.

4. Proficient in usage of Microsoft Office packages and in particular Excel

5. Knowledge of logistics, including carriers, shipping policies and procedures
