Manager - Billing and Dispute Resolution

Roles and Responsibilities :

- As a Manager in Risk & Revenue Management team at Delhivery, you are responsible for ensuring Revenue/Billing/Invoicing processing and reconciliation for clients in the end-to-end logistic business.

Responsibilities :

- Manage clients Invoicing and Disputes End to End logistics on Monthly basis.

- Ensuring client queries are resolved through appropriate calls and Email follow-ups.

- Manage data requirement of Multiple audits, corporate finance & cross functional teams.

- Ensure revisions & circulation of SOPs, process notes are done on regular frequency.

- Ensure accuracy of revenue & invoicing is maintained & improved consistently.

- Ensure client & internal Service Level Agreements (SLA) and timelines are met for all requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Expertise in MS-office applications, Data Visualization, Data Transformation.

- Excellent attention to detail. Focus on delivering results and achieving SLA based targets.

- Basic knowledge of Logistic/Supply Chain domain.

- Good Communication Skills with fluency & stakeholder management.

- Ability to work under pressure situations and deliver quality results.
