Responsibilities: Insurance - Onroll, Offrole, Others - Identifying and negotiating the cost with insurance vendors w.r.t GPA, GTL and GMC - Implementing best practices on employees benefit across organization - Sharing Addition/Deletion/grade change data every month and creating a monthly provisional cost - Handling grievances from employees related to medical insurance policies - CD Balance, Corporate buffer reco. &amp; real time updated - Managing renewal of the policies - Managing GMC extended benefits (Visit, Motor insurance etc) EWF :&nbsp; - End to end execution of the requested/applicable medical/accidental/death cases cases through EWF - Monthly payout of EWF cases for Death-related cases for onroll, offrole and DAS(others) employees Benefits : - Loan, Salary advance, Car hire, Car lease, CLP - End to end execution of the requested benefits COVID (tests and vaccination) :&nbsp; - Manage pan India covid cases for testing and provide testing assistance for travel - Update health tracker on real time basis and weekly report to be prepared - Manage pan India onsite/offsite vaccination and update vaccination dashboard - Updating drives schedule and invoice status Policies : - Project Management, revamping and introducing new policies Experience: 5 - 9 years Key Skills: - Good communication - Stakeholder and client management - Cognitive thinking and ability to implement thoughts - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
