Job description

Brief about the role:

The Incumbent will work with Payroll team and acting as Payroll Lead for Payroll Management and Amdinistration, s/he will be directly reporting to Senior Director, People Operations. S/he would be responsible for ensuring 100% accuracy in Payroll, timely payments and all payroll related compliances.

Responsibilities:

1. Leads the Payroll team to deliver the Payroll process for all business units. Ensuring that employees are paid timely & accurately, through a compliant process.

2. Build and improve management reports and metrics dashboards and support the monthly financial reviews.

3. Partner with stake holders and Operations lead to establish local accounting system.

4. Lead special projects and ad hoc requests as required.

5. Provide support in internal and external audits related to Payroll.

6. Knowledge of end to end payroll processing.

7. Year-End Activity SPOC for investment proofs collections, queries from employees.

8. Well versed with statutory compliance Generating Form 16 etc. Regular update on labor laws Administration of biometric system Responsible for statutory compliances (TDS, Gratuity, ESIC, PT, PF Etc) To ensure TDS deduction as per Income - Tax Rules TDS return as per income -Tax Rules Manage FF settlement of employees leaving the service of the company.

9. Verify all required documents and calculate pending dues, unpaid salary, incentives, bonus, Gratuity LTA Preparing daily monthly MIS reports as required by management Responsible for preparing various reports related to statutory compliances.

10. Repost budget on a regular basis.

11. Creating forecasts, including use of historical and statistical methods, while incorporating variance analysis (actual v. budgeted and forecasted, cause of change analysis, etc.).

12. Partner with the Manager & finance to lead the financial budgeting and long term planning process.

13. Review cost per case analysis, identify opportunities for savings, determine how to look at this ongoing.

14. Review internal financial controls, discuss challenges/solutions or enhancements needed.

15. Collaborate with Accounting team to oversee all accounting activity in General Ledger to ensure transactions are captured and reported correctly.

16. Review cash flow process from respective finance tool local accounts, discuss challenges / solutions.

17. Review cost analysis by program and site, identify opportunities for savings, determine how to look at this ongoing.

18. Perform as a business support for the financial project management effort for the expansion in the Dominican Republic.

19. Perform quarterly internal audit procedures to validate key controls.

20. Manage project reporting to corporate partners and collaborate with corporate finance partners as needed.

21. Ensure the proper coding of all contributions and expenses in collaboration with the Development and Operations teams.
