Salary Offered : 5-12 LPA HRBP: - Work with senior management to develop and implement HR plans and solutions. - Responsible for identifying specific interventions to improve overall effectiveness and work closely with the CoEs for execution. - Partner with business on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment and development. - Review and analyze business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvements. - Partner with the business to lead both annual and mid-year review processes which focus on performance management / improvement and talent development. - Work with team managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues fairly representing all interests. Talent Acquisition: - Building a system to deliver to the dynamic manpower need of the business segment. - Work with internal teams and hiring managers to manage the complete recruitment life- cycle efforts. - To architect and implement sourcing strategies to have a continuous pipeline of resources. - Develop and continually optimize recruitment strategy including job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning. - Develop talent pool via networking and social engagements. - Organise and conduct Pre-Joining Orientation Sessions. - Design as well as formulate policies and procedures, and establish best practices for Talent Acquisition, on-boarding, induction to maximize candidate and employee experience. - Responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with targeted premier colleges/universities and managing the campus recruitment and selection process for those schools. - Implement key programs for internal branding in collaboration with all functions Experience: 2-4 years of experience in campus, branding, engagement &amp; people policies. 2-4 years of experience as HRBP/ HR Generalist Functional Knowledge: - Lateral and campus recruitment - Talent Management - Rewards and recognition (approach / methodology / execution) - Engagement - Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various sourcing techniques and evaluation method. - Grievance handling - Knowledge / experience in branding and formulating people policies is desirable Skills: - Business partnering - Stakeholder management (across levels) - Strong communication (written and verbal) - Analytical thinking - Collaborative style of working - Intermediate level proficiency in MS Office (excel / power point / word) Qualifications: Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred (from Premier B School etc) Additional Information: - Candidates should have at least 2-4 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management. - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business setting is required.
