1. Partner with Site / Area / Zonal leadership to build people management strategies 2. Identify and provide insights on people trends, barriers, risks and opportunities that may impact the business 3. Maintain key hiring metrics for measuring efficiency of hiring (TAT, Sources, Cost & Quality of Hire, Diversity) 4. Identify and Analyze hiring gaps and design guidelines to get desired quality and cost, monitor and execute metric-based change requirements 5. Formulate and lead site-specific talent retention plans 6. Ensure standard HR systems, processes, policies, procedures, plans, and programs are in place and effectively utilized 7. Track key performance metrices to enable required support to the business 8. Identify capability issues and partner with Delhivery Academy to get these addressed 9. Manage employee grievance, misconduct and other labour issues (including strikes, lockouts etc.) in line with the applicable statutes
