Delhivery - Director/Senior Director - Investor Relations

- Collaborate across the company with business leaders, strategy, and communications to develop a strategic narrative and maintain consistency of messaging

- Enhancing and driving the investor engagement & communication strategy. Engage with existing and new potential investors to walk through the business, strategy, financials.

- Lead and manage IR engagements with investors, and create strategies and execute on IR targeting program

- Identify and communicate strategic and tactical ideas for the continuous improvement of the IR program.

- Closely partner with the Board of Directors and appraise them on current trends, competitor benchmarking, investor activity and other relevant analysis

- Ideate, direct and manage all activities related to sharing financial information between the corporation and the investors community.

- Lead the script and documentation for investment pitches, meetings, presentations, information memorandums, regular investor communication, company's annual report, events and roadshows

- Work strategically with CEO's Office to create fundraising strategies, capital needs planning and the creation and execution of multiple fundraising rounds, and/ or exit strategies

- Strategize and lead the business case for new opportunities/ initiatives

- Build and lead relationships with professional advisors including bankers and lawyers

- Meet buy/ sell side analysts - post earnings calls, for initiating coverage/ thematic pieces

- Regularly attend investor conferences, non deal roadshows

- Maintain strong company and sector expertise. Stay current on all company business activities to be responsive to investors, and to communicate effectively with management.

- Stay abreast with business updates of peers/ competition, regulations and other macroeconomic developments

- Ensure that investor information remains confidential and meets all applicable requirements

- Serve as primary contact with the investment community in responding to inquiries and relaying feedback and perceptions to senior leadership

- Cross-collaborate with partners in finance, legal, corporate communications, corporate responsibility, and others

- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Delhivery's businesses' & key metrics
