Director- Sales ( Goa)

Role:

- You will drive Sales driven revenue growth for the SME business. This involves driving the Inside Sales as well as account management teams via input (quality and quantity) as well as output revenue metrics.

- You will be a key stakeholder to understand market dynamics and service customers with the solution that works best for them.

- You will also provide feedback to Marketing, Product and Support teams on what needs to be done to drive customer delight and increase share of wallet.

Responsibilities:

- Revenue growth ownership via Sales efforts

- Run a team of 20-30 based out of Goa for Inside Sales and Account Management functions

- Control and grow margins via Strategic Pricing decisions

- Ensure growth in Share of Wallet and reduction of Churn

- Represent VoC (Voice of the customer) to internal teams (marketing, product and support)

- Reporting on forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts

- Ensure CRM compliance across the team

Skills:

- More than 8 years of experience in sales

- More than 4 years experience running a Sales team and growing revenue (Retention / Acquisition)

- Assessing costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify selling prices.

- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis

- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

- Proven ability to position products against competitors

- Strong understanding of CRMs and their role in driving sales processes at scale

- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
