Strategic Financing and Investor Management

- Work closely with the top management team on the fundraising process - both equity and debt (structure, bank debt, etc)

- Interface with investors on key diligence items and manage the end-to-end process including, sourcing, structuring of deals, due diligence, negotiation of documentation and financial closure

- Undertaking Strategy projects for the company and implementing them

- Managed the Equity restructuring of the company in line with the future growth strategy

- Acquired funds for future M&A processes

- Understanding of financial statements and experience in analyzing large data sets

 - Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail

- Will be responsible for maintaining the Company's relationships and positioning with investors and other corporate stakeholders. This role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program.

- Ability to understand different businesses and make dynamic decisions

- Stakeholder management-Engagement with top leadership, board members and investors on post-investment monitoring and business updates
