Delhivery - Director - Constellation Program (8-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive all expansion related activities for the Delhivery Partner Program
- Identify and iterate for optimum channel and churn management
- Strong understanding of the partner, including partner economics, solution development and strategic priorities to drive new business opportunities
- Ensure stability and flexibility of the network and limit points of failure for better risk management
- Responsibilities include service excellence, liaising with internal operational teams, handling systemic and structural issues, audit and COD compliance, risk management and payments
- Manages the performance of partners ensuring ongoing compliance with all aspects of the service level agreement and contract
- Includes communicating and implementing new standards and performance expectations relating to training, service or procedural changes as needed
- Liaising with multiple teams, such as Finance & Customer Service and HQ for smooth operations
- Negotiates competitive rates and service expectations with local service providers. Manages their ongoing performing to ensure optimum service levels are consistently achieved
- Manages the budget ensuring that all costs are regularly reviewed and controlled within agreed limits.
- Provides management with accurate & timely reporting and analysis of operational performance. Participates in benchmarking or process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications: Work experience of at least 8-9 years preferred, franchisee management experience is a bonus
