Job Description : - Meeting revenue targets - Driving Meetings/Calls and Discussions with the clients - Preparing/Ownership and driving the regional plans/sales - onboarding and volumes (monthly, quarterly, yearly) - Building 5 anchor clients for each region - Coordinate and work closely with the regional Directors to ensure all of the above - Coordinate with central sales team, xb supply and xb CS teams to manage and drive client relationships on the back of good service, good client experience - Ensure not more than 10% of the outstanding are outside the credit period - Ensure RFQ documentations - Management and professional development of the reportees
