Delhivery - Assistant Manager - Real Estate/Projects

We have multiple positions vacant for AM Real Estate/ projects based at Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata.

Your Part / Responsibility of the candidate:

- Initiate searching of the premises as per the business plan & requirement at Respective region.

- Execution of the projects and coordination with vendors for the Upcoming Real Estate & projects for Branches/Warehouses/HUBS/offices/Delivery Centres.

- Providing adequate options for Real estate to the business teams and arranging the site visits.

- To be part of commercial negotiation and closure of the premises.

- Coordinates with Internal Facilities & infrastructure team for upcoming Warehouses/Hubs/Transport Centres/Offices/Delivery Centres for lease registration and documentation.

- Conducting Technical due diligence of the premises

- Coordinate with Legal for the lease & Agreement issues or any extension/relocation/termination.

- Coordinating with other departments like HR, legal, Business ops & IT for site feasibility.

- Looking after overall job responsibilities for timely closure of Facilities/Infrastructure issues in Warehouses/Hubs/Transport Centres/Offices/Delivery Centres in Respective region

- Regional Escalation point for Real Estate & Projects in Warehouses/Hubs/Transport Centres/Offices/Delivery Centres.

- Providing specialized supports & trackers to Internal Facilities & infrastructure team team with regular updates.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate/post graduate/Technical Degree (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical) with Real Estate/Project Management/MIS experience of an overall of 5-7+ years.
