Delhivery - Assistant Manager - Quality

- 3-6 years of experience in Ground Operations

- Candidate should have decent communication skills

- He/She should be analytical in approach

- Should possess sound knowledge of Quality metrics, Operations/Service Compliance and audit

- Should be well versed with 5S philosophy

- Should have worked on creating SOPs

- Should have managed a team earlier

- Should be open to travel

- Should be comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic environment

- Must have handled a team earlier

- To Publish Monthly Quality Performance Report of all Fulfilment centres.

- To ensure 100% Compliance in all Fulfilment centre Processes.

- Investigation of Client's Complaint's related to Quality & raises the CAPA to client through client support team.

- Conduct daily/weekly/Monthly review meetings with QC team.

- Weekly/Monthly Review on Training Plan & Training materials

- People having prior warehousing or Logistics experience would be preferred.
