Senior Executive/Assistant General Manager - Spices Procurement(Backward Integration)

Location: Barmer / Jaisalmer / Kota / Guntur/ Nanded / Salem

Job Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic plan which includes the targeting of farmers and tracking of progress.

- Providing continuous training and tracking of farmer activity for IPM Cultivation.

- Responsible for pass percentage of given IPM area by tracking farmer inputs usage.

- Identifies new development potential in new areas by evaluating current industry trends and analyzing opportunities.

- Study and utilize market trend data to assist in the budgeting, stock holding and selling processes.

- Developing & executing purchase plan of commodity procurement in-line with organizational expectations.

- Maintaining effective relations with other members of the teams for smooth running of procurement & logistics operations.

- Managing channel partner like farmers, Vendors, Traders & suppliers for smooth running of operations.

- Effective communication with channel partners in negotiating the term in-line with company policies.

- Effectively managing the various agreements in-view of company expectations. Conduct market research and analysis and reporting the same with the company and implementing the finding for the benefit of organization.

- Responsible for P&L with focus on top line & bottom lines.
