AVP/ GM Credit & Risk -Central Role - Underwriting of Corporate, Micro & Small Enterprise (MSE) loan, project financing, Business Loan and Retail Loan products under Priority sector while analyzing overall risk & exposures of customers, risk assessment, internal / external rating, mitigates etc. - Contributed in various projects development and successfully implemented at various levels to ensure digitization of process for smooth working like Crop and farm identification through satellite images, express login bases on scan images, Video FI, STP, Digital Disbursement, E-sign of security documents, integration of revenue department portal to bank portal for online land documents etc. - Assist in formulating & implementing Risk Control & Credit Management processes/strategies Manage processing and disbursement of loans for the allocated portfolio. Act as internal Process Auditor and reviewer for underwritten products. - Detailed assessment of the proposal on various Risk parameters viz, financial assessment, business assessment, company & promoter strength, business outlook, etc, - Supervision on post disbursement documents and disbursed the cases, responsible for execution of security documents of corporate, pre disbursement audit, limit setup and disbursement of sanctioned corporate cases. - Timely suggestions of Policy and Product team for changes/formulation/design of the policy. Coordinate with legal, technical, FI and Risk Containment Unit agency for processing the file / docket. - Digitization of various login and underwriting processes for better TAT, successfully implemented crop and farm identification through satellite images, Digital Express Login, Video FI, Digital Disbursement, E-Sign Desk etc for Retail asset product for minimization of supervision cost to the organization. - Successfully implemented the various new aspects related to Farm credit for betterment for all team members such as Online land documents check, online charge creation, server to server integration to government server for verification of land documents.
