Responsibilities - Responsible for all phases of Software (SaaS) product life cycle from definition, development, release and post release - Manage product roadmap for multiple products, develop and drive product strategy - Identify market opportunities, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy for Healthcare Pharma related to products targeting various players in supply chain including retailers and end customers - Research on competitive landscape, customer requirements and build a differentiating Product strategy that covers product features, branding and marketing - Manage multiple related products together as family targeting healthcare segment - Work with engineering team to implement the product that meets product requirements set by you, validate them and drive release efforts - Work with Sales and Marketing team to develop marketing, brand strategies in alignment with overall product strategy to ensure effective communication channels to the market - Develop full understanding about customers, product and be a customer voice within the product team - Work with designers and product team to create various designs that best suits customer requirements - Engage with all teams in the product to understand current progress, uncover new opportunities by conducting various experiments and drive product strategy Required skills -&nbsp; - 7- 10 years hands-on experience with Product Management preferably in a startup - Experience in building Product Strategy, Managing Product Road map/life cycle, and driving - Domain experience in Healthcare IT, especially Pharma sector - Experience in product management in B2B, SaaS space - MBA or Advanced degree with Engineering background preferably in IT/Software from premier institute - Small team of Product managers to achieve business &amp; strategic goals - Proven experience in delivering great Software products to customers, driving product strategy, definition and delivery - Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities, quick learner and wear multiple hats during various product life cycle - Agile and open mindset to collaborate with everyone in the company and do whatever it takes to get a great product out the door - Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines
