Summary :

As a Business Development Lead, you are expected to sell DQAI Lab's products and services to as many customers in your market segment as possible.

You are expected to do so by creating different promotional materials, PPTs, reaching out to prospective customers through diverse ways including cold calls, develop and nurture relationships with the highest levels of decision making authorities, sell solutions to the customer needs and in a manner that is understood by different decision making authorities, work closely with delivery arms to ensure delivery and also ensure repeat businesses.

You are expected to build and lead a team that continuously strives to increase market share in your market segment

Responsibilities :

- Generate client awareness and preference for the business and its services. May include developing/sending promotional material, authoring articles, presenting in business forums, business associations, etc.

- Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients through presentations, business networking, telephone calls, personal emails, personal mailings, business forums, social networking, etc.

- Build process automation propositions for prospects/ industries and present these to prospective customers.

- Identify and close specific sales opportunities within target companies.

- Work closely with delivery functions in ensuring successful integration of the products.

Skills :

- The primary skill required for this job is that you are a person with a proven sales track record driven by the burning need to achieve targets

- You love to use technology and data to further your strategy and goals

- Lead generation capabilities, cold calling techniques, f2f meeting techniques

- Offer preparation and Negotiation techniques

- You love people. You thrive on nurturing existing relationships and making new ones.

- You have reasonably good time management and planning skills

- You believe - Nothing is a problem, Everything is a challenge that you can rise to.

Qualification :

- A engineering degree(preferably Computer Science) with a post graduation in Marketing (MBA).

- At least 3 years of experience in selling technology products to the BFSI sector

- You have a working understanding of the AI space, especially in the BFSI vertical

- Min-Max experience: 10-15 years
