- DecisionTree is looking for an exceptional Senior Digital Marketing Analyst responsible for the technical implementation of current and future solutions, in the Digital Marketing domain. You should be proficient with the design of database architectures, data warehouses, data migrations, data marts, business intelligence packages, and implementing user reporting solutions based on business requirements and content knowledge. You must have prior hands-on experience in managing the end to end ETL, Data Warehousing and Visualization of digital marketing data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop and maintain a data warehouse and analytics architecture to meet business analysis and reporting needs from a Digital marketing data perspective

- Collaborate with Business stakeholders to understand data, reports, metrics, and dashboard requirements and deliver solutions in an effective manner and in alignment with BI Strategy and roadmap.

- Work with high-volume and multi-dimensional data sets derived from different data sources and online publishers.

- Ability to understand business needs and apply analytical concepts to generate actionable business insights.

- Develop, test, improve and maintain ETL jobs and data flow scripts to move data into the data warehouse from production databases and various external data sources.

- Design and build dashboards and other visualizations using data visualization tools like Tableau, Klipfolio, etc.

- Should also be able to handle assigned tasks in the capacity of individual contributors.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 4-5 years of work experience, in the area of - Analytics and Business Intelligence-

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Intelligence in the Digital marketing domain.

- Prior experience in analyzing data from Google Adwords, Facebook, Yahoo Bing, Gemini and other digital marketing platforms is a must.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in using Tableau or any other Business Intelligence Tools.

- Strong understanding of Tableau with the ability to independently conceptualize and generate reports, metrics, and dashboards for fact-based decision making and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.

- Strong understanding of database methodology, data analysis, advanced SQL queries, ETL and business intelligence applications.

- Previous experience of ETL tools like Talend, Pentaho Kettle etc.

- Experience with big data storage and query engines like AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery, HBase, Hive etc.

- Experience with cloud infrastructure providers like Amazon AWS or Google Cloud

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is absolutely essential.

- Excellent analytical skills. The candidate should not only be able to analyze the data, but also drive the implementation of the recommendations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
