Summary of Job Purpose :

DecisionTree is looking for an energetic Sales Manager to sell our SaaS product-Data Channel (http://datachannel.co)and expand our business in India and international markets. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and should have prior experience in selling SaaS products.

The incumbent will need to identify, develop, pitch and execute new sales initiatives and also manage the existing business and should have experience in handling key accounts. The individual must be highly motivated, self-starter and able to identify and develop opportunities from multiple sources including prospect lists, discovery, and individual research. We are looking for a personwho clearly understands the Sales Metrics and has surpassed sales targets consistently.

Job Responsibilities:

- Generate business opportunities to drive pipeline growth for new business in target markets.

- Conduct high level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs.

- Execute high volume sales activities defined by a process of qualifying, prospecting, approaching, giving elaborate demos and closing opportunities.

- Provide inputs into the strategic sales planning process.

- Be accountable for all business development leads & closure.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly quotas as assignedby management. Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, industry trends and competition.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Bachelors/PG degree from an accredited college/university

- 5+years of experience in end to end sales of SaaS products.

- Past experience in selling MarTech products.

- Experience is selling data/analytics related products and services would be a definite plus.

- Experience into International business.

- Proven track record of exceeding high-volume sales targets and/or experience succeeding in a goal-driven environment.

- Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual with enthusiasm to learn and pursue a career in technology sales.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment with excellent time management and organizational skills.
