Roles & Responsibilities :

- Take end to end ownership of Business development responsibilities

- Manage (and recruit) a team comprising of Technical sales, Lead generation, Content executives

- Accelerating trials and new customer acquisition for our products and solutions

- Manage relationships with account executives with our cloud partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives

- Building a culture of data driven lead generation leveraging digital platforms and tools

- Close complex large size deals (USD 50K+) across Geographies (Asia/Europe/Americas)

- Develop domain expertise on the data analytics/AI space to drive a consultative selling approach with customers

- Create trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time.

Ideal Candidate Expectation :

- Prior experience in selling SaaS/Cloud based Enterprise applications

- Experience in selling to IT functions in Enterprises

- Exposure to Data Analytics/BI domain

- Experience handling a sales team

- Experience in driving and contributing to a systematic lead generation process

- Working with Technical teams to co-create solution offerings for clients

- Self-motivated individual who can hustle and proactively drive initiatives

- Prior entrepreneurial experience is an added bonus
