Roles and Responsibilities - Accounts Manager will analyse every day financial activities and subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans. - Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and payroll. - The incumbent for the position is expected to deliver but not limited to on following responsibilities - Prepare special financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing account information and trends. - Maintain books, document financial transactions by entering account information. - Follow up with clients on payments etc. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions. - Assist in the development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial management, budget, accounting, and/or payroll. - Analyse costs, pricing, variable contributions and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans. - Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances. Maintain P&amp;L and project cash flow. - Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities. - Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. - Manage the preparation of the company's budget, - Liaison with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained. - Manage quality control over financial transactions and prepare MIS weekly and monthly accordingly - Manages day-to-day activities in treasury functions to meet the financial obligations of the organization. - Ensure the forwards booked against the future Inward remittances received from outside India and timely investment of that fund. - Evaluation of various countries tax compliances, WHT and DTAA before entering into the contract with countries.
