Decision Analytics Consultant - Research & Development/Clinical - Life Sciences

Decision Analytics Consultant/Research & Development/Clinical ( 5 yrs) - Pune location

- 5+ years of experience in Life Sciences R&D industry having worked on multiple projects related to strategy consulting, clinical data management & analytics, and/or R&D systems & tools implementation;

- Medical or R&D experience with the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred

- Biostatistics, informatics, or statistics background alignment with an understanding of Clinical Data

- Extensive experience working with clinical data including CTMS, EDC, CDMS, IVR, clinical registries etc.

Additional skills:

- Deep understanding of data management best practices and data analytics

- Up to speed with latest technologies in big data, reporting, data warehousing, and data management with Clinical and R&D specifically

- Deep understanding of client business concerns to lead translation into technical and/or analytical inputs

- Proven relationship-building and maintaining skills with clients and across functional areas

- Superior verbal and written communication, organization, analytic, planning and leadership skills

- Ability to distill complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks and presentations

- Willingness to travel to other global offices as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.

- Help with the selling process including writing proposals and giving product demos;
