We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales professional to foster and manage CXO-level relationships. As an individual contributor, play a pivotal role in driving business growth. The Role will report into the CEO directly.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Understand clients' strategic goals and challenges, positioning our solutions as valuable assets to their business.
- Develop sales plan, strategies, and policies with a view to increase/sustain market share and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the BFSI market, focusing on strategic accounts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers at the CXO level.
- Lead pricing negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
- Bring together internal and external stakeholders and partners to close a license sale if needed in the context of a solution sale.
- Propose innovative solutions to business situations and act ahead to create more opportunities for the growth of the business.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets with the right mix of logo acquisition, ARR, ACV (Annual contract value), and length of contract.
- Collaborate with legal teams to review and finalize contracts.
- Regularly report on sales performance, providing accurate forecasting for budget planning.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- MBA from a premier institute
- 20+ years of experience.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing CXO-level relationships in the BFSI industry.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and industry regulations in India.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Open to travelling.
