What you will contribute to the ecosystem?

You will be leading the infrastructure for clients as well as platforms deployed by Decimal. You will have the chance to,

- Work with the Vahana (no code low code platform) technology stack

- Infra Sizing and Planning.

- Manage the Deployments across different clients.

- Ensure the continuous Security/VAPT for Vahana applications.

- Ensure applications are up and running, measure the Uptime and Performance using proper tools and Alerts.

- Troubleshooting different issues in installations, runtime errors related to Vahana technology stacks.

- App Server Management, upscaling, and downscaling the system as per the requirement.

- Manage Databases like Oracle, MySQL, Postgres, etc.

What you need to succeed in this job?

- MS or BS/B.Tech in computer science or equivalent experience from top college.

- Experience with containers and their orchestrations using Dockers.

- Experience in Performance Management of Servers and Storage, Databases, Applications: tuning and optimization.

- Experience in monitoring tools like Prometheus & Grafana etc.

- Complete track of AMC of the Equipment's and all call tracks

- Experience in setting up systems for auto-scaling - Both horizontal and vertical.

- Experience with networking and web standards such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, HTTP, web security mechanisms, proxies, firewalls & application delivery controllers.

- Ability to write technical documentation (platform architecture, strategy, engineering setup)

- Familiar with modern technologies/frameworks and software development/delivery methodologies: REST, OAuth, Spring, Kafka, NoSQL, Redis, PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch(ELK).

- Experience in managing backups and knowledge in the latest backup solutions and technology

- Good understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, SVN, etc. and familiarity with continuous integration

- Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment.

- Supporting & monitoring the existing infrastructure, supervising maintenance and backup as well as performing other regular support activities to ensure effectiveness

What makes you different from other applicants or added advantages?

- ITIL Certification

- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and ecosystem is a must. 2+ years experience with using a broad range of AWS technologies (e.g. EC2, RDS, ELB, EBD, S3, VPC, Glacier, IAM, CloudWatch, KMS) and concepts (VPN, NAT, ELK, Serverless, etc.) to develop and maintain an Amazon AWS based cloud solution, with an emphasis on best practice cloud security.
