Manager - Customer Success
Banking domain experience is a must. Please do not apply if you have exp in other industry.
Job Responsibilities :
- Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
- Generate revenue among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Operates as the single point of contact for assigned customers.
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
- Communicates client needs to Decimal.
- Gets involved in analysis of the requirements and coordinate internally with different internal stakeholders.
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Manage projects via delivery leads/PMs within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals.
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with other Channels, (Delivery, Platform, Support) working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Service multiple clients concurrently, always meeting deadlines.
- Coordinates for Prepare Requirement Document
