Job Description :

Sales Channel Development:

- Bring in new strategic perspective to the management about newer sales channels, joint venture partners, go to market channels, untapped previously

- Be in contact with related players in the market and develop sales channel, joint ventures for DPA

M&A :

- Support inorganic growth ambitions of the Company with review, analysis, and final shortlist of target companies

- Research and assimilate market data related to public and private companies

- Understand and explain the possible synergies with the proposed transactions to the DPA Management

- Ability to assist in due-diligence and valuation of the target companies and present opinion to the DPA Management

- Be conversant with market development in the DPA's area of operations and keep track of new target companies

Presentations:

- Develop presentations and transaction-related documents

Required Candidate profile:

Prerequisites to the Role :

- Understanding of due diligence and all the related statutory processes

- Ability to understand and present the unique value proposition in the potential deal

- Experience of liaising with investment bankers & government regulators

- Abreast with new trends in the market and a knack to leverage it for DPA's sales development

- Knowledge of all the strategic developments with respect to M&A in DPA's area of operations

- Ability to handle pressures and deadlines

- Eye for detail
