Job Role / Designation: Digital sales Lead
Qualification: Minimum Graduate

Required job Specifications/Key Responsibilities
- Handling Pan India team of direct sales members and driving revenue growth to meet target expectations
- Building market intelligence and directing team to grow the revenue share
- Head the Ad Sales delivery across Web, Mobile for all the digital properties of the Group.
- Drive National ad sales strategy, business development and key accounts management.
- Building synergy & value proposition on Digital + Print go to market approach.
- Responsible for pan India targets for direct sales; Generate & exceed assigned revenue targets per month
- Execute & establish any new media solutions across platforms that are developed by the organization in the market to the key target clients in the region.
- Pitch & cultivate large new key accounts Pan India.
- Drive annual deals, negotiate, and finalize deals across the website, mobile site & apps.
- Drive creation brands solution & native ads clientele.
- Work strongly with major clients and advertising agencies with decision-makers and influencers
- Contribute towards increasing sales team productivity.
- Target setting and closely monitoring the team progress
- Closely work with COO of the company to drive revenue growth
Required Candidate Specifications
- Graduate with a PG qualification in PGDBM / PGDBA or MBA
- Prior experience in team handling is must
- 30 - 35 years of age with a minimum of 10 -12 years of Digital Sales or Media Solution.
- Experience in handling at least Rs 20 - 25 crores of Digital Ad Sales across platforms.
- Existing relationships with large advertisers & media agencies is a must.
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Go-getter with a hands-on sales approach.
Required Aptitude & Skill sets.
- Strong planning ability & timely execution as per the set plan
- Customer focus approach
- Strong competitive analysis and knowledge of the latest trends and happenings in the digital ecosystem.
- Good understanding of Digital data and exposure to Digital data tools like comScore, Google Analytics, Similar Web, App annie etc.
- Thorough problem-solving abilities & negotiation skills.
