ROLE : You are attached to Accounting direction team, which focuses on ensuring reliable processes &amp; accurate information throughout the organization. Our Business Units cover a very large span of diverse activities from goods production to goods retailing. You will be the individual contributor of the following assignments: - Prepare, organize and follow-up the external auditors reviews - Monitor audit fees and address service quality issues - Review the Statements during closing &amp; alert on time the accounting team to book the corrections - Prepare the Financial Reporting Package for 2 local fiscal companies on D+5 for the group consolidation Team - Lead the accounting cycles review every month with the help of accounting team - Organize &amp; lead monthly accounting reviews with the management - Responsible of the inventory process for finance - Conduct some on-demand internal audits (based on the risk matrix or IFC program) PROFILE : - Chartered Accountant with Minimum 8 years of experience in External audit/Accounting direction - You have a strong background in accounting - You have extensive experience in external audit or accounting direction including team management - You have exposure in IND-AS, IFRS norms - You have exposure in indirect, direct tax and Transfer Pricing - You have leadership abilities - You have very good oral and written communication skills - You are pro-active, curious and like to work in an international environment
