Debut Infotech is an enterprise-grade software development company We develop web3 and Mobile solutions for startups and enterprises. We have our head office in Chicago and development center in Mohali.

We are looking for a passionate marketer to scale our presence and inbound leads. As a Digital Marketer , you'd be working in a cross-functional environment with a focus on optimizing business processes across all marketing practices. Previous experience in working with the software service industry. ONLY APPY IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE IN WORKING WITH SOFTWARE-IT COMPANY

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in working on all functions of marketing such as content marketing, pull marketing, Adwords (PPC & Linked in), and outbound reach.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Identifying, developing & optimizing growth channels to drive revenue growth

- Experience in Tools Like Google Adwords, LinkedIn in paid ads, Hubspot, and Outbound email campaigns using intent data tools ( lusha, zoom info, etc)

- Analyzing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. Target to generate 100 +MQL leads per month with in given budget

- Hands-on experience in Adwords (Google PPC) and Linked In. Generating leads/conversations from the traffic

- Providing inputs & expertise to drive the efficacy of marketing activities (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)

- Working closely sales head & other teams to share ideas, and feedback & present results

Qualification :

- You have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field

- Experience in working at similar- companies. Proven portfolio

- Expert - PPC/Linked In AdWords, Content Marketing, PR or Social Media.

- Working knowledge of growth-hacking tools, such as automation and campaign monitoring platforms

- Experience in improving CRO of website landing pages.
