Debt Syndication Role - Investment Banking

Location - One BKC

1. E- ectively engage with clients to understand the business model & key drivers of the growth and assimilate data for preparation of Information Memorandum/Teaser.

2. Extensive Analysis of Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, Key Financial Ratios etc.

3. Should have a good hand with Project Reports, CMA Data, Financials Modelling etc.

4. Manage the strong relationships with the Lenders in Private Banks, PSU Banks, NBFC's, FI's, Mutual Funds etc. up to DGM or AVP levels.

5. E- ectively drive the credit appraisal process with Bankers, Co-ordinate with TEV consultants, Advocates, Lenders' Independent Engineer and all other concerned parties in the transaction life cycle.

6. Assist in the entire gamut of post sanction activities such as Progress Report, Documentation, Security Creation, LIE report, CA certification, disbursement mechanism etc.

7. Superior capabilities in Excel, Word and operating level skill of Power-Point - ability to create complex financial models and Superior research capabilities i.e. gathering and filtering of relevant information from the internet, newspapers, magazines, research reports and other sources.

8. Good written and oral communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and team player.

9. Willingness to work in a chaotic, entrepreneurial environment Keen to take on additional responsibilities.
