Looking for candidates currently managing Debt syndication for non-Real estate.

- Analyzing the Financial statements, Business Model, Working Capital Cycles, and assessing the credit needs.

- Finalization of Project information memorandum, including assessment of credit requirement.

- Approaching/Liaisoning with banks/financial institutions for arranging the credit needs of clients.

- Managing end-to-end advisory to clients at various stages of debt raising and solutions for clients.

- CA/MBA (Finance) with an experience of minimum 6 years+ in Debt Syndication.

- Relationships with corporate and lending communities are a MUST.

- The approach should be result-oriented and goal-oriented.

- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
