Debt Syndication Role

Position for Debt Syndication:

- Responsible for syndication of debt finance from banks or Financial institutions including preparation of PIM, Financial Modelling & Appraisal, coordination with potential lenders and obtaining sanction of required credit facilities for clients on desired terms & conditions and documentation.

- Responsible for due diligence on client/proposed project, understanding financing requirements, evaluating financial feasability.

- Responsible for preparation of Project Information Memorandum and Financial Models to be submitted to banks and financial institutions, providing utmost information about the project/client, required for lending activities.

- Responsible for constant interaction with banks and financial institutions for assistance in finalization of their internal credit appraisal memorandums on common terms and conditions for financing.
